Casper was abandoned. Luckily he was rescued by a nice doctor and while in his care received much needed medical treatment. Unfortunately the doctor wasn't able to keep him, but we are grateful to him for helping Casper in his time of need. Casper is an older dog, but an excellent companion. He loves playing with his squeaky oreo toy. He is never any bother and just wants to be loved on all day. He is a handsome old man and ready for a home.
