Pugsley was rescued from Animal Control where he would have been put down. He had heartworms and has some broken teeth (possibly from being kicked). He also has some hip issuesl. Poor guy is just a little fella, and he has a long road to go before he is ready for adoption. He will need extensive surgery to remove broken teeth and to correct his hip injuries.
