6/4/05 Hadley has been adopted to a loving home!!!!!!!! This little Mama was dumped at the pound with puppies. Her puppies found homes...and she was once again left behind. Poor sweet thing is very skinny from being such a good Mom to her pups. Hadley needs some TLC before she is ready for adoption. She will be spay when she gains a little weight. Like so many dogs saved from the pound she is also heart worm positive. Due to not knowing or not caring people dump dogs when they find out they are HW . Although the treatment costs from $140-$170 most of the time the dogs survive with a normal life ahead of them. Over half the dogs we save from the pound suffer from heartworm disease. ARF will not put an animal down due to this disease. We rely on donations in order to get the treatments for these loving, grateful animals. Hadley is currently in a foster home to get much needed TLC. (She already got a new hair do!! Third picture is before!)
